With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry our founder began Lead Project Management Services with the aim of providing his knowledge and expertise to the railway sector. We understand the challenges that working in this sector presents, and we are here to help.

Our portfolio is comprehensive with a mix of high profile and bespoke projects. These include the Jubilee Line Extension, Manchester Airport Runway II, West Coast Route Modernisation, and Thameslink. More recently, we have been supporting schemes funded, developed and delivered by entities external to Network Rail (local authorities, private developers, Transport for London).
